I received polite, friendly and efficient service from everyone at Boots Optician and no one made me feel obliged to buy new glasses. I was given my information to peruse at home and will go in to select my new glasses at a more convenient time.

Very knowledgeable and informative. Easy to talk to. Told me the dangers of swimming/using jacuzzi with contacts in and the need to switch to daily contacts to reduce infection risk if doing this regularly - can't remember being told this before.
